Hopper I check out Defragment and found out that the computer defrags weekly. I couldn't do it manually. Thank you.

All I do on the computer is surf the net, shop, email, pictures and talk on MP. I have never defrag but I'll do that right now. I don't know how to check my memory on my computer motherboard. Will uninstall Avast if the defragmentation does not work. Thank you WeedHopper and CrashMagnet.
