Naw, it has a flip knob that goes from 1-6, 6 is high tailing it, then a separate knob on the left fender for forward and reverse. Teenager around the corner had one he done stuff to, took the deck off, and that thing would fly...he was up and down the road, popping wheelies too...lol

Thanks! Yeah, the one I'm retiring is a Bolens, and it will jar your teeth out sometimes...Didn't even have a riding mower, until we moved here in 2006..it lasted that long.

Well, I took the plunge, just bought the John Deere S140, and the Poly dump cart...supposed to be here Sunday. With military discount, I got the cart for free, was $299, and they gave me $309 for my discount. Kind of sad leaving the 'ol mower in the shed, many grass cuttings on it since 2006.

I don't know about the rest of ya'll....but I think being retired is more work than working! 🤪 There is something to do constantly it seems.

My first two hives, I got from a guy in Illinois, I started seeing hive beetles. I took pics, and showed him, they didn't have them there, because of the cold. He freaked out, and told me, mistakenly to open the hive everyday and kill all that I saw. My bees got so used to me, if I came outside...

If it was a honey bee, you had to have mashed him, or brushed against him...They won't sting unless directly hit, mashed, etc...or if you are too close to the hive. If stinger was suck in you, was a honey bee. They die after they sting, that's why they don't until it's something dire. I had...
