Believe it or not, you're over and under watering at the same time and the plants are showing the signs of that. Mostly signs of over watering... You're over watering in the sense that you're watering twice per day at approximately a liter each time. Those pots should be drying out in 3-6 days...

Day 35. Likely the halfway point for this strain.

I'd personally wait a few more days, to a week. Let the spacing between nodes lengthen a bit and then give it a nice topping 2 nodes down from the top.

Nothing to be concerned with. Unless it's primo smoke, or you're just keeping it around for your garden, I wouldnt share it or plan to grow it in future seasons. Just me .02
